Can't Sleep? Why don't you try this simple sleeping technique by Dr. Andrew Weill. According to him, you can fall asleep in merely one minute if you do what's called the 4-6-7 breathing technique.

In his Youtube video, Weill explains that this exercise "takes almost no time, requires no equipment and can be done anywhere.

To do the 4-7-8 breathing technique, you first take a powerful exhale through your mouth while making a 'whoosh' noise. Then, close your mouth and inhale softly through your nose while counting in your head to four. Once you hit four, hold your breath for a count to seven. After this time has elapsed, exhale through your mouth making the same 'whoosh' sound for a total of eight seconds in one large breath.

And then it's a matter of repeating the cycle three times for a total of four breaths until you drift off into dreamland.
