WATCH: Four Filipino Grand Finalists Performed In Asia's Got Talent And Impressed The Judges
Four out of nine finalists on Asia’s Got Talent are from the Philippines including soprano singer Gerphil Flores, Dance group Junior New System, young and talented singer Gwyneth Dorado and Shadow play group El Gamma Penumbra.
They wowed asia and the judges with their amazing performance.
The first of four Filipino who performed on stage was Gweyneth Dorado:
“I’ve always adored you but tonight I’m in awe of you. When you came out for the auditions you always had this attitude and confidence, but you really have blossomed and tonight you were just incredible.”, said Melanie C.
The next Filipino act received a standing ovation from the judges and the audience. El Gamma Penumbra gave an important message about protecting the environment with their performance.
“Your message is so clear. So beautifully profound,” said David Foster.
"Our job as entertainers is to entertain people, but if you can - if WE can - raise awareness on a subject that really matters…that makes our job really noble." said Anggun.
The third Filipino Gerphil Flores also received a standing ovation because of her amazing voice and made the judges' jaws drop during her performance.
"I promise you, I promise you…the world is going to know about you one day” said David Foster.
And last but not the least, The Junior New System who never fail to wow the judges.
The Asia’s Got Talent grand winner will be revealed next week. Voting is now open and viewers can vote for their favorite acts anytime until Monday.
