VIRAL: This Highschool Boy Proposes To His Girl. What's Happening With Kids Nowadays?

There is something wrong with youth nowadays, a very young student proposes to his schoolmate. Both of them probably in high school.(Hopefully not elementary)I'm still wondering where are the teachers when this was happening?

The video started when a  girl was led to an open space with other students surrounding her. Then a kid showed up with flowers and the scene got terrible to watch after that.
