This footage captures the moment a 23-month-old girl is grabbed by a teacher who is trying to put a hat on her head.

In this shocking clip the teacher forces the hat on the child, before aggressively picking her up and pushing her back on the ground.

She walks away from the toddler who is left lying on her back as other children play around her.

The video was taken on a mobile phone from a nearby tower block by a concerned women and feared that the school wouldn't notify parents so she posted it to Facebook.
