The rumors were true indeed. After years of frustration and disappointment, The announcement form Mayweather's camp finally came out.
Floyd posted their contract via Shots App which included a photo of the signed contract from both he and Pacquiao along with the comment: 'What the world has been waiting for has arrived. Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on May 2, 2015, is a done deal. I promised the fans we would get this done, and we did. We will make history on May 2nd. Don't miss it! This is the signed contract from both fighters.
Floyd also stated that he is glad that his decision meeting with Manny and discussing making the fight happen helped get the deal done.
We all know that this will be the biggest and richest event in the history of the sport.

The bout is expected to set number of records, including purse size, ticket price and pay-per-view sales. The cost of the pay-per-view has yet to be determined until there are deals with the distributors.
Some details on the agreement have yet to be announced, but we already know that Mayweather will have a 60-40 split advantage on revenues.
